About the Role

Our Sales team plays a critical role in driving hospital partnerships and revenue growth.

We are seeking a high-performing, field-driven sales professional to lead hospital acquisition and partnership development initiatives.

Noida (On-Site) 5 Days a Week Full-Time

Core Responsibilities

Identify and develop new hospital partnership opportunities
Conduct in-person meetings with hospital leadership
Present structured software & partnership solutions
Lead negotiations and close strategic agreements
Manage and grow assigned hospital accounts
Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Drive consistent pipeline generation
Collaborate with marketing & operations teams

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of mandatory B2B sales experience
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or service-based sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Revenue-focused and performance-driven mindset
  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
