Brand Name Protection
“MedBuddy”, “MedPass”, “MedBuddy for Hospital”, “MedBuddy for Doctor”, and “Patient MedBuddy” are official products of **Explicity Company**.
No other app, company, organization, or individual is allowed to use the name MedBuddy, MedPass, or any similar name without written permission from Explicity Company. Unauthorized use will be considered a violation of brand rights and may lead to legal action.
MedBuddy Business Structure
MedBuddy is a complete healthcare ecosystem owned and operated by Explicity Company, which includes:
- MedBuddy (Patient App)For patients to store records, book appointments, and manage health.
- MedBuddy for HospitalFor hospitals to manage patients, records, and administration.
- MedBuddy for DoctorFor doctors to manage appointments, prescriptions, and patient records.
- MedPassDigital medical pass and patient health ID system.
Usage Restriction
No one is allowed to:
- Create an app with the name MedBuddy or similar name.
- Use the MedBuddy name for hospital software, doctor software, or medical services.
- Use MedPass name for any medical card or health ID system.
- Copy MedBuddy business model, branding, or system structure under the same or similar name.
