Only officially approved partners of Explicity Company are allowed to use the MedBuddy or Explicity name, logo, branding, or services.
Prohibited Actions for Non-Partners:
Use of MedBuddy or Explicity name
Use of MedPass or Hospital/Doctor portals
Use of MedBuddy or Explicity logo
Claiming unauthorized partnership
Copying branding style or identity
Using branding in advertisements
Legal Permission Requirement
Any entity wishing to use our brand assets must obtain **written legal permission** or an official partnership agreement. Without legal consent, any use of our brand property will be considered unauthorized and illegal.
